By accessing and using Felly Kitchen ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Felly Medical Aesthetics Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.
Felly Kitchen is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting customers with local African and Caribbean home chefs. We facilitate orders for homecooked meals, meal prep packs, family trays, and catering services. We act as an intermediary between customers and independent vendors.
You must create an account to place orders or register as a vendor. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as necessary.
Vendors must comply with all applicable food safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation standards. Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of their food products. All vendors must obtain necessary permits and licenses required by local authorities. Felly Kitchen reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications and to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms.
All orders are subject to vendor acceptance. Prices are set by individual vendors and displayed in GBP. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including any applicable fees. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted by the vendor.
Delivery times are estimates provided by vendors. We are not responsible for delays caused by vendors or third-party delivery services. Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are granted at our discretion and typically only for quality issues, incorrect orders, or non-delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.
You may not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent activities, harass other users, violate food safety laws, post false or misleading information, or attempt to circumvent our payment systems. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Felly Medical Aesthetics Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Felly Kitchen acts as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food products sold by vendors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor information or menu descriptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Felly Medical Aesthetics Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
